Generally the homeower does not need to be present. We kindly ask to have access to an exterior water source and electricity.

When can I walk on my deck after it has been stained?

With the use of Boodge Oil, generally once their is no pooling of the stain you can walk on your deck. To ensure the best result of your deck we recommend you wait between 24-48 hours.

Once Boodge oil is applied, water won't affect the outcome.

How do you protect outside landscaping?

We ask that you cut back the plants that are close to the house. We also use tarps to prevent drips, spillage, and to protect the plants from getting stain on them. Sometimes we will wet down the plants to avoid damage.

How often should Boodge stain be reapplied?

Decks should be restained every few years and the siding should be restained every 3-6 years, depending on its condition.

Can I apply Boodge stain in the late fall and early spring?

Yes, Boodge stain can be applied in colder temperatures with no differing result.
